Your first paid purchase of each product has a 14-day full-refund guarantee, once per user and product. Renewals and later purchases do not restart it. For an accidental renewal, contact support within 48 hours of the charge. Refunds stop renewal; access covered by a refunded payment ends after confirmation, while separate trial, code and gift access remains. Bank processing times vary. Statutory rights are unaffected.
